Reported Anthropic IPO document points to $2 trillion valuation ambition
An account of a purported Anthropic prospectus cites a valuation target above $2 trillion and $518 billion in future infrastructure commitments; the document is not independently verified here.
A report citing a purported Anthropic prospectus says the company is preparing for a public offering and targeting a valuation of more than $2 trillion. The underlying document has not been independently authenticated in the available material.
The reported figures include $4.6 billion in 2025 revenue, an $8.06 billion operating loss and a net loss near $42 billion, including roughly $34 billion of non-cash accounting charges. It also says nearly a quarter of revenue came from two customers and that some major customers lack long-term contractual commitments.
The account lists $518 billion of future cloud, computing and infrastructure commitments—more than 100 times the reported 2025 revenue. This compares future obligations with one year of revenue and does not, by itself, establish payment timing or the company’s cash position.
