In an interview, Elon Musk said AI helps people organize their lives and work. He also described anecdotes about users submitting X-rays or MRI scans to AI systems for another view of a medical problem.
Those are Musk’s reported impressions, not verified evidence that the AI diagnoses were correct or that physicians were wrong. Assessing medical images requires clinical context, expert review and validated testing.
A chatbot response alone should not be used to change a diagnosis or treatment plan.
